Christian Ward

Alone, I walked into the modern, black-walled restaurant

I covered my sadness with make-up

The pretentious restaurant smelled of seafood

I joined a dating club because of my terrible luck with men

I did not know what to expect

I was as terrified as a child entering school for the very first time

I had low expectations

And then he walked in with his black tuxedo and shiny black shoes

His name was Christian Ward

We bonded over our love of seafood

We shared a secret look of seafood lovers’ horror as another attendee ordered a steak!

We shared a secret laugh

After dinner, he asked for another date

I gladly obliged

Two years later we were married

I never walk into a restaurant alone now

My ridiculous dating club changed my life

For I had met Christian Ward

  1. Greetings from Colorado! I’m bored to tears at work so I decided to browse your blog on my iphone during lunch break. I love the knowledge you present here and can’t wait to take a look when I get home. I’m surprised at how fast your blog loaded on my mobile .. I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyways, wonderful site!

  2. You deserve to know what a terrific author you’re. Many of the new cartomizers are great and are almost certainly well worth a consider. “Whenever you wish to marry a person, go have lunch with his ex-wife.” by Francis William Bourdillon. I’m self-confident they is going to be benefited using this web site.

  3. Hello! This is my 1st comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and tell you I genuinely enjoy reading through your articles. Can you suggest any other blogs/websites/forums that cover the same subjects? Thanks a ton!
