I will admit it: New Year\u2019s Eve is not my favorite holiday. I don\u2019t really like it, actually. It\u2019s certainly a pessimistic view of this holiday\u2026 but hear me out. I don\u2019t like the high expectations to have fun ringing in the New Year. I don\u2019t like the change that comes with a new year. I don\u2019t like having to adjust to a new date, writing it wrong over and over until I finally get it right\u2026 in March. But my biggest issue with the New Year is that it seems to always bring me somewhere unexpected. I don\u2019t have control over what will happen this year.
